  2. Agricultural Field Officer (Scale-I): A four-year graduation degree in agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, veterinary science, dairy science, agricultural engineering, fishery science, pisciculture, agri marketing and cooperation, cooperation and banking, or agro-forestry is required.
  3. Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I): Candidates should hold a post-graduate degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the graduation or degree level. Alternatively, a post-graduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the graduation level is acceptable.
  4. Law Officer (Scale I): A bachelor’s degree in Law and enrollment as an advocate with the Bar Council is mandatory.
  5. H.R./Personnel Officer (Scale I): For this position, candidates should have a graduate degree and a full-time post-graduate degree or diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, H.R., HRD, Social Work, or Labour Law.
  6. Marketing Officer (Scale I): Graduates who possess a full-time MMS (Marketing), MBA (Marketing), or a full-time PGDBA/PGDBM with a specialization in Marketing are eligible to apply.

  5. A person domiciled in Jammu and Kashmir (1.01.1980 – 31.12.1989): Candidates who were normally domiciled in the Jammu and Kashmir province during the period from 1.01.1980 to 31.12.1989 can avail relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit.
  6. The person affected by the 1984 riots: Individuals affected by the 1984 riots are eligible for a relaxation of 5 years.
