  • The Prelims is the initial round of the SBI PO Exam.

Here are the main highlights of the SBI PO Mains Exam:

  1. All questions in the Mains Exam are of the objective type.
  2. The Mains paper consists of four sections with an overall 200 marks.
  3. The Main Exam will have a time limit of 3 hours.
  4. Each section of the objective test has its allotted time.
  5. There is no sectional cut-off; only an overall cut-off is applicable.
  6. A penalty of 0.25 marks is deducted for every incorrect Multiple Choice Question.
  7. Candidates are required to attempt the Descriptive Paper, which carries 50 marks.

SBI PO Group Exercises & Interview Psychometric Test

The bank may conduct a psychometric test to evaluate the candidates’ personalities in detail.   3. Printed copy of the SBI PO Application Form.
  4. Photo Identity Proof accepted by State Bank of India (e.g., Aadhar Card, Driving License, etc.).
  5. Graduation MarkSheets and Certificates or equivalent qualifications.
  6. Caste certificate (for SC/ST/OBC category candidates) issued by the competent authority designated by the Government of India. Applicants under the General category should apply accordingly if they fall under the creamy layer or their name is not listed in the Central List of OBCs.
  7. Disability certificate issued by the District Medical Board for persons with disabilities.
  8. Ex-servicemen should provide a copy of their Service or Discharge book, along with the pension payment order and documented proof of their rank (past or current) during the Interview.
  9. Proof of work experience, including relevant certificates.
  10. Certificate of Eligibility for candidates who are citizens/subjects of countries other than India or Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) issued by the Government of India.
  11. For candidates seeking age relaxation as original residents of Jammu & Kashmir during the insurgency period from January 01, 1980, to December 31, 1989, a domicile certificate issued by the District Jurisdiction or any authorised body of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir is required during the Interview.
