Remesh Naick is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of diverse experience, spreading from industries to conventional practice in the area of taxation, advisory, audit and compliance services. Along with handling the responsibilities of a practicing Chartered accountant, he has been teaching students on various subjects such as indirect taxes, auditing, etc. and sharing his passion for finance and accounting. He believes that the most important piece of any learning is to experience it first hand and to continuously improve the process of learning.
CA Remesh Naick

Anand Kumar is an expert Finance professional with strong commercial, strategic and operational focus. With eighteen plus years of experience in multiple geographies and multiple industry sectors, his core specialities are corporate practices development, cost reduction, and profit optimization, working capital management, credit risk management, investment banking, mergers & acquisition, ERP selection & implementation, business analytics, Joint Ventures (JVs).
He has been a financial mentor and advisor to several startups and new businesses. He is also a column writer on finance and accounts for many leading magazines and speaker at several conferences on various finance topics.
Alex Wijnen
Strategic Advisor
Alex is a Chartered Accountant qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and Dutch Institute of Registered Accountants. He has more than 35 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting. During his career, he has held various prestigious positions such as Partner at Deloitte & Senior Partner at EY Amsterdam. His expertise lies in cross border restructuring and tax aligned operating model improvements for MNCs, aligning business and tax. Key focus regions during his tenure were EMEIA, Brazil, India, Singapore and Greater China where understanding country & business culture is key.
CA Ashna Bharath Pillai
CFO
Ashna is a qualified Chartered Accountant with vast knowledge in the field of business advisory, tax & regulatory, statutory audit and business setup services. She has significant expertise advising clients in healthcare, manufacturing, media & entertainment and technology sectors. She has a deep passion for teaching and it is rooted in the belief that she can inculcate knowledge & skills and have a positive impact on students. Prior to joining Finprov team, Ashna worked as a manager in a leading Chartered Accountant firm in Kerala.

Mr. Philip Luke is a seasoned professional with an MBA in Finance and over 25 years of expertise in Finance and Accounting. As the COO, he excels in navigating complex challenges, earning a reputation as a strong troubleshooter. His successful history includes leadership in Corporate and unit-level financial planning, accounts, audit, with core expertise in Accounts, Fund Management, GST, and commercial operations.
In addition to his expertise in financial sector he has also demonstrated superior strategic management skills in sales and marketing. His exceptional leadership consistently propels the marketing and sales teams to achieve outstanding results.

SR Nair is a seasoned management consultant and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. He stands as the visionary founder behind multiple successful ventures, including the esteemed Kerala Startup Mission. He is a widely regarded and highly respected professional in the field of management consulting and entrepreneurship. He joined Finprov’s advisory board to help us realize our ambitious goal of establishing world-class skilled professionals across various domains.

General Manager - Operations
Preetha has an overall experience of ten years in HR, operations, business administration, and teaching. She holds an engineering degree and has received training in Counseling, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Life Skills, Soft Skills, and Career Counseling. Her track record as a skilled speaker and motivator is evident through the numerous life skills and soft skills training programs she has conducted for students and employees across Kerala. Preetha has joined Finprov as GM-Operations with a primary goal of enhancing and excelling in all operational aspects of the organization

Abin, a tech savvy business consultant with 7 years of experience in both digital and traditional marketing, Software Development, Cyber Security Services, Promotions, Events, and Campaigns had worked with several organizations in the past. An innovative mind with a go-getter attitude, he enriches the Finprov team with experience as well as his quick thinking and vision.He is our Chief Technology officer, envisioning and implementing a world standard system of technological adaptation,making Finprov a leader in the industry.
CA Veena Vijayan
Chief Academics Officer
Ms. Veena Vijayan, a seasoned Chartered accountant, with over 12 years of extensive experience across various industries and donning diverse roles, including overseeing the finance and accounts departments to Audit Manager and ascending to Audit Partner. Her expertise encompasses finance, accounts, taxation, audits and compliances. Driven by a profound passion for mentoring and training, she is now heading the Academics and Digital Learning divisions in her designation as the Chief Academic Officer at Finprov. In this capacity, she is responsible for ensuring the courses maintain the highest standards envisioned by the organization, leveraging her extensive expertise and insights in the field and ensuring that the learning ojectives of each student is met.
