Job Descrition:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Trainer to join our team for Bank exams coaching. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of competitive bank exams such as IBPS, SBI, RBI, LIC, etc. along with at least 2 years of experience as a banking trainer. As a Senior Banking Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, leading a team of trainers, and ensuring the efficiency of our training systems.
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and update training materials and curriculum for competitive bank exams including IBPS, SBI, RBI, LIC etc.
2.Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for students preparing for the various exams.
3.Stay updated with the recent trends, changes, and scope of competitive bank exams to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training programs.
4.Lead a team of trainers, evaluate their performance and provide feedback to help them improve their effectiveness.
5.Maintain the highest quality of training and assess the impact of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
1.Graduation/ Post graduation
2.At least 2 years of experience as a banking trainer.
3.In-depth knowledge of competitive bank exams.
4.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
5.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
