We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to help us monitor the department and create a healthy work environment for our employees. You will be required to supervise the HR department and its activities by reviewing their performance, employee feedback, etc. Your contribution will help us achieve employee satisfaction and help promote a better work environment.
Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy, particularly concerning current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Provides support and guidance to the HR team, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand the skills and competencies required for openings.
Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Connecting and engaging the corporates for placing the internal students.
Manage the complete process of hiring candidates by contacting employers, receiving vacancy information, offering shortlisted candidates, managing the interviews, managing the issuance of appointment letters, and following up with employed candidates for monitoring requirements and other feedback.
Responsible for organizing internships in companies that are most likely to offer conversion into final placements, as much as possible
- Masters’ degree in Human Resources or relevant qualification.
- Prior experience as a Senior HR Manager or relevant position.
- Excellent knowledge of labor registration.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent ability to create a comfortable and healthy work environment for employees.
