Sales Coordinator – Kochi / Cherthala

Role Summary:

The Sales Audit and Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of lead management, communication processes, and CRM activities across the organisation’s centres and franchise locations. This role involves conducting audits, providing feedback, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards and improve training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive audits of leads, communication processes, and CRM activities for both internal centres in Kerala (KL) and Karnataka (KA) as well as Franchise Learning Centers (FLCs). Ensure all processes align with company standards and policies.
  • Review the complete lead management lifecycle, including lead quality, categorization, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Monitor CRM usage to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Conduct regular audits of sales calls to evaluate adherence to scripts, communication standards, and overall effectiveness.
  • Ensure all lead interactions and processes meet the organization’s quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Identify gaps in lead management or communication workflows and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Compile detailed reports summarizing findings and observations from lead, CRM, and call audits.
  • Partner with management to develop and implement strategies that address identified weaknesses and enhance training outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience of 1+ years in call auditing or quality assurance is preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM tools will be an added advantage.
