Lead Trainer – Accounts
Lead Trainer - Accounts will be responsible to lead, manage and develop the Accounts Faculty team to ensure they maintain the highest standards of excellence in the skill training activities.

Job Description:
Major Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the department and ensure consistent provision for academic ambiance
- Gain indepth and updated knowledge in the curriculum modules and handle training sessions for students effectively
- Ensure that the curriculum meets industry requirements and monitor adherence to the curriculum by faculty members
Ensure timely completion of batches.
- Oversee the performance of the academic team and organise proper trainings wherever necessary
Conduct seminars/webinars to support the BD team
- Conduct feedback discussions with the students to review the academic atmosphere and ensure 100% student satisfaction
Attend training and seminars to learn new software/ERP and to be updated
Coordinate with the various internal teams with regard to the requirements of the academic activities
Contribute, participate and perform ad hoc activities as and when required for the growth and success of the organization as a whole
Required Qualifications:
- B.Com/M.com graduates.
- Experience of 3+years in the teaching field or as an accountant.
- Should have knowledge at least in 1 accounting software like Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or
SAP FICO/MM/S4 HANA.
Desired Profile:
Master in commerce/ finance or equivalent area
Experience of a minimum of 3 years in teaching or in accounting.
Good grasp of technical concepts in subjects related to accounting, finance, income tax and GST
Knowledge of atleast one of the following software packages- Tally ERP 9/ Prime, Zohobooks, SAP and MS Excel
