Job Description:
Accountant is responsible for overall finance and accounting activities of Finprov.
Major Responsibilities:
1.Maintaining daily books of accounts in online accounting software (Zoho books).
2.Responsible for all bank transactions and net banking.
3.Oversee cash management and cash vouchers in all branches of Finprov.
4.Maintain Accounts Receivable and Payables regularly and remind the management.
5.Responsible for timely payment of telephone bills, mobile recharge, subscription payments, internet bills, etc.
6.Keep the documents properly on different files as required.
7.Issue receipts in Finprov Student connect or any other software changed from time to time.
8.Support senior accountant in different monthly disbursement calculations.
9.Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules.
10.Preparing monthly and weekly dashboards & other reports as required.
11.Conduct training for students whenever required.
