Job Description:
Content Developer is responsible to conduct research, prepare, write, develop and edit content for
marketing activities and websites. They are responsible for writing blogs, articles, newsletters, social
media content, video content/script, SEO, website contents etc.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Working on content and pitching ideas to the marketing activities.
2. Write attractive, creative and unique content and come up with innovative ideas.
3. Create/co-create and design content for e-learning modules.
4. Work in collaboration with DM team and other departments and team members for creative
content.
5. Responsible to oversee, check and validate all technical content and matters for marketing and
e-learnings.
6. Creating unique, simple-to-understand, and user-friendly content by following all SEO practices
and techniques.
7. Writing new web content and editing existing content whenever required.
8. Editing and proofreading content before publication.
9. Conducting any research required.
10. Create content strategies for the organization.
11. Contribute, participate and perform ad hoc activities as and when required for the growth and
success of the organization as a whole.
Required qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or related field is preferred.
2. 2+ year Experience as a content writer.
3. Experience in writing content related to finance, accounting or digital marketing will be an
added advantage.
4. Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
