Job Purpose:
Managing and supervising branch employees, overseeing branch operations, sales activities, and ensuring day to day activities efficiently. Improving productivity and streamlining branch operations to get maximum results and high performance.
Major Responsibilities:
- To achieve the given target of the branch (Takes a high degree of responsibility to make all potential college as our supporting college.)
- To Conduct regular visits to Schools and Colleges and create a channel to conduct Seminars/webinars in regular intervals.
- To ensure that we reach the required capacity of students per batch by branding the company as and when required.
- To ensure and make necessary tie ups with channel partners for promoting Finprov as brand.
- To contribute in learning the placement possibilities for students in the located area.
- To ensure that effective branding of the organization and events are done through various mediums as and when required after thorough negotiation with vendors.
- To ensure proper induction to new staff joining at branch and provide training to teammates and juniors as and when required.
- To ensure and maintain the required documentation of each batch, course, activities and finance etc.
- To make proper utilization of reports and its effective analysis for Strategic thinking and execution.
- To ensure team motivation, collaboration among team members, and progress toward the organizational goal and takes responsibility for the performance and retention of employees
- To manage and maintain the petty cash account and regularly reporting to the HO’s accounts department.
- To update (Verbally and/or Written) the Reporting Manager on the routine basis for all relevant issues in marketing, sales and administration.
- To ensure that branch is Corporate Guidelines Compliant and help management to get the right insights from the operations team and drive decisions towards business goals.
- To be in charge of collecting fees on a routine basis. Furthermore, to keep track of pending fees and ensure that outstanding payments are followed up on. Furthermore, to keep refund and left-out situations to a minimum.
- To maximize the center’s revenue collection while attempting to reduce operational costs as much as feasible while adhering to the company’s norms and standards.
- To contribute, participate and perform ad hoc activities as and when required for the growth and success of the organization as a whole.

Management Experience, Ability to Meet Set Goals, Proven Record of Achieving Revenue Targets, Experience Growing Branch Revenues, Knowledge of Industry Rules and Regulations, Results Driven Attitude, Leadership Skills, Strong Customer Service Skills, Written and Oral Communication Skills, Outstanding Organization Skills, Basic Computer Skills with Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a Related Field or the Equivalent Work Experience
