Business Analysis Manager

Job Purpose:
This role will support the organisation by ensuring efficient daily operations and coordinating with various teams to execute plans effectively. The role involves managing operational processes, monitoring performance, and contributing to organizational success by ensuring smooth workflow and timely task completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support and Process Management:

  • Assist the organisation in executing operational plans and strategies.
  • Maintain and follow up on project trackers, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Act as a point of contact between teams to resolve operational challenges and provide operational support to ensure smooth functioning across departments.
  • Support in coordinating with external partners, collaborators and SMEs

Data Analysis, Process Audits and Reporting:

  • Track and monitor operational KPIs and metrics, identify process inefficiencies and assist in implementation of established systems and procedures for smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular audits of processes to ensure adherence to SOPs and identify areas for optimization.
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights for decision-making and prepare detailed reports and presentations for management on operational performance.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize resource allocation and processes.

Research & development and Quality Assurance:

  • Analyze learner performance data to identify areas for improvement in course design, delivery, and content, ensuring continuous enhancement of the learning experience.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitor offerings and continuously update existing products.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • CA fresher/ MBA in Finance with 2+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in project management tools and basic reporting software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic situations.
  • Collaboration and teamwork.
  • Proactive approach to operational challenges
