Job Description:
Support engineer is responsible for the smooth functioning of Finprov website, IT hardware and software
Major Responsibilities
- Updating the website and doing a full proper check of the website on regular intervals
- Assisting and supporting Finprov faculty and students for the smooth functioning and accessing of e-learnings
- Assist in day-to-day activities of Finprov such as getting systems ready, moving/arranging data, running errands etc.
- Assist in managing and setting up IT hardware and software activities
- Provide technical support for all branches experiencing hardware, software, and Provide technical support for all branches experiencing hardware, software, and
- Assist with software installations, network failures, hardware malfunctions, and other IT-related issues.
- Training new joinees on the smooth functioning of Zoho Projects / Clockify
- Training Faculty members on the working of the ClassPlus App
- Contribute, participate and perform ad hoc activities as and when required for the growth and success of the organization as a whole
