Job Description:
The SRO Intern will be responsible for helping students in their continuous professional development by giving timely support and guidance. They will be a primary contact for the students to clear all their queries related to the LMS, student connect etc. and provide a better learning experience
Major Responsibilities:
- Should be the first and important point of contact for the students to clear their queries.
 - Should handle the Finprov Student Connect Software and provide technical support to the required students.
 - Carrying out student support-related activities such as responding to WhatsApp, emails, calls, queries etc.
 - Diagnose and identify technical problems, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams or senior technical support staff when necessary.
 - Document customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the support ticketing system.
 - Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor when interacting with students.
 - Arrange the preparation and distribution of soft/hard copies of all certificates including course completion, experience, Software, etc. soon after the course completion.
 - Contribute, participate and perform ad hoc activities as and when required for the growth and success of the organization as a while.
