Senior Trainer - Accounts - Palakkad
Senior Trainer - Accounts is mainly responsible for conducting training classes for PGDM students on the assigned curriculum.
Job Description:
Desired Profile:
- Masters in commerce/ finance or equivalent area is mandatory
- Experience of a minimum of 2 years in teaching or in accounting
- Ability to think creatively for presentation of course content
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Good grasp of technical concepts in subjects related to Accounting and Financen
- Excellent knowledge of atleast 2 of the following software packages - Tally Prime/Tally ERP 9, Zohobooks, SAP FICO and MS Excel.
- Knowledge and working experience in theoretical and practical aspects of Acounting, Income Tax and GST.
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible to train PGDM students on the assigned modules in the prescribed time frame
- Prepare, oversee, check and validate all technical content and ensuring content is of high quality
- Conducting exams and evaluating answer sheets on a regular basis
- Interact with students and understand their requirements better; liaison with various internal teams & ensure our product meets students’ requirements
- Consistently guide and motivate the students
- Assist in college visits/seminars when needed
- Attend trainings and seminars to learn new software/ERP and to be updated
- Work with the content team to create/ co-create and design content for e-learning modules
- Contribute, participate and perform ad hoc activities as and when required for the growth and success of the organization as a whole
