Senior Python Developer (AI & Full Stack)
Location: Kochi (Corporate Office)
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Senior Python Developer with 2–5 years of experience in backend development and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of scalable applications, AI-powered solutions, and modern software products while coordinating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable applications using Python.
- Build and optimize APIs using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Design and manage database solutions using PostgreSQL and related technologies.
- Develop and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Work with modern AI tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and RAG-based applications.
- Collaborate with product, business, and technology teams to deliver projects effectively.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure coding best practices.
- Mentor interns and junior developers.
Required Skills
●2–5 years of experience in Python development.
●Strong knowledge of FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
●Experience with PostgreSQL, Git, and REST APIs.
●Hands-on exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
●Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern development workflows.
●Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with React, Angular, JavaScript, or Full Stack development.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
