Position: Senior Manager – Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities

●Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
●Develop and implement lead generation strategies to achieve business growth targets.
●Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
●Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
●Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
●Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
●Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other reporting tools.
●Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
●Stay updated on the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
●Coordinate with the sales and business teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

●Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
●Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
●Experience managing high-budget performance campaigns.
●Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
●Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
●Experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
●Good communication and team management skills.
●Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
