Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: 
  • ∙ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and  objectives. 
  • ∙ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for  growth. 
  • Team Leadership: 
  • ∙ Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. ∙ Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge and  sales skills. 
  • Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management: 
  • ∙ Identify and target potential customer for digital marketing courses, including  individuals, corporate clients, and educational institutions. 
  • ∙ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer  satisfaction and repeat business. 
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: 
  • ∙ Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for  improvement. 
  • ∙ Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management. ∙ Collaboration: 
  • ∙ Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing  campaigns and initiatives. 
  • ∙ Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer  needs and market trends.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. ∙ 3-5 years of experience in education sales, specifically in selling digital marketing  courses. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and the educational  landscape. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. 
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and techniques. 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships. 
  • Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
