Job Description
QC Executive will mainly be responsible for the final review of all technical content and products before its launch. This role will also ensure the courses deliver exceptional learning experiences to every student by analyzing student feedback and performance, prioritize changes based on impact, and organizing course updates.
Desired Profile
- Recently qualified CAs, CA inter candidates, CMA candidates etc.
- Good written and spoken English and Malayalam skills
- Good grasp of technical concepts in subjects related to Accounting and Finance
- Excellent knowledge and working experience in the following software packages such as Tally Prime/Tally ERP 9, MS Excel, QuickBooks online etc.
- Knowledge and working experience in theoretical and practical aspects of Income Tax and GST.
Major Responsibilities
- Conduct a FULL AND FINAL review and approve content submissions from the content team
- Ensure the content delivers the learning outcomes properly
- Ensure all content is 100% free from spelling, grammar and technical mistakes.
- Ensure that the content is presented in a clear, concise, simple, creative and innovative manner with appropriate visuals.
- Ensure that all content is of the highest quality in all aspects and is well researched.
- Build relationships internally with the content team to understand the content creation process flow.
- Establishing, implementing and maintaining quality awareness and standards for content creation throughout all departments.
- Creating, maintaining and updating content quality standards by proper documentation.
- Inspect to ensure that all other products comply with quality requirements
- Analyze the root causes of repetitive mistakes and implement corrective actions for activities that have concerns.
- Contribute, participate and perform ad hoc activities as and when required for the growth and success of the organization as a whole
