About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can take complete ownership of our lead generation and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, strong copywriting skills in both Malayalam and English, and the ability to manage campaigns, leads, and social media platforms effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Take full ownership of lead generation campaigns from planning to execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve lead quality and cost per lead (CPL).
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports. Lead Management
- Update and maintain daily lead records in CRM software.
- Ensure lead data accuracy and proper tracking.
Content & Copywriting
- Create compelling ad copies, headlines, and creatives in both Malayalam and English.
- Develop campaign messaging tailored to different audience segments.
- Support content creation for social media and marketing campaigns.β
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms.Β
- Schedule and publish posts regularly.
- Monitor engagement and respond to audience interactions when required.
- Support brand-building initiatives through social media activities.β
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct competitor research and analyze advertising strategies.
- Identify market trends, audience insights, and growth opportunities.
- Provide recommendations to improve campaign performance and brand visibility.β
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting skills in Malayalam and English.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management processes.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content planning.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.β
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
- Experience in the education or edtech industry is a plus.β
