Role Overview

The Operations Manager will support senior leadership in ensuring smooth execution of operational activities. The role involves coordinating operations, supporting academic R&D initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and driving process improvements to support organizational growth and quality delivery. The role requires strong finance and accounting knowledge to effectively support finance-focused academic programs and related operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operations Support

    • Support senior management in day-to-day operational planning and execution.
    • Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for leadership review.
    • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and placement teams to ensure operational alignment.
    • Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
  2. R&D and Academic Development

    • Assist in academic R&D initiatives related to skilling, finance, accounting, taxation, auditing, and compliance domains.
    • Support curriculum upgrades by incorporating regulatory changes, industry practices, and emerging tools.
    • Coordinate pilot programs, feedback collection, and documentation for new course offerings.
    • Support integration of technology and AI tools in operations and training delivery.
  3. Finance-related Responsibilities

    • Support budgeting and cost monitoring for academic and operational activities.
    • Analyze center-level operational costs, faculty costs, and program-wise profitability.
    • Work with finance and accounts teams to ensure accurate tracking of revenues, expenses, and margins for programs.
    • Provide data-driven inputs for pricing, program structuring, and resource allocation decisions.
  4. Process & Quality Management

    • Develop and implement SOPs for operations and academic delivery.
    • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and academic benchmarks.
    • Conduct periodic operational and academic reviews across centers.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Qualification: MBA in Finance/ CA Intermediate with over 1 year of experience
