Job Summary
The Academic Success Manager is responsible for improving student success, engagement, and satisfaction by reducing dropouts, supporting academic quality, collaborating with faculty, and driving continuous improvement in curriculum and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Improve student retention and ensure a low dropout rate.
· Develop and implement student engagement plans, especially for online learners.
· Follow up with high-risk students and support their re-engagement.
· Conduct regular employer feedback calls and use insights for improvement.
· Visit training centres regularly to interact with faculty and students.
· Monitor and improve student satisfaction and learning experience.
· Ensure high student participation in industry expert sessions and academic activities.
· Support curriculum enhancement and continuous course improvement.
· Track academic performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
· Collaborate with internal teams to achieve academic and student success goals.
· Mentor and support the academic team to improve overall performance.

Qualification
