Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Liaise between the Founder’s office and department heads in Sales, Marketing, Academics, HR, and Operations.
- Track deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure accountability on critical projects.
- Prepare business reviews, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership meetings.
Communication & Analysis
- Draft reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze business data to highlight trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Support in preparing meeting briefs and documentation for leadership engagements.
- Business Growth & Partnerships
- Assist in evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Coordinate proposals, MoUs, and presentations for key stakeholders.
Desired Profile:
- MBA / CA / equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, or operations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
