Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-functional Coordination
  • Liaise between the Founder’s office and department heads in Sales, Marketing, Academics, HR, and Operations.
  • Track deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure accountability on critical projects.
  • Prepare business reviews, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership meetings.
Communication & Analysis
  • Draft reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze business data to highlight trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Support in preparing meeting briefs and documentation for leadership engagements.
  • Business Growth & Partnerships
  • Assist in evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Coordinate proposals, MoUs, and presentations for key stakeholders.
Desired Profile:
  • MBA / CA / equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, or operations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills
