Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Spoken English Trainer to help learners improve their English speaking and communication skills.
Major Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions to improve fluency, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
- Focus on real-world communication skills such as conversations, presentations, and public speaking.
- Teach learners to construct grammatically correct sentences for effective communication.
- Design lesson plans, activities, and exercises based on the needs of the learners.
- Use practical examples, role-plays, and group discussions to enhance learning.
- Evaluate learners’ current language proficiency and track their progress over time.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and speaking exercises to measure growth.
Qualificatons:
- Bachelor’s degree in English.
- Proven experience as a Spoken English Trainer or similar role.
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
