About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced CMA Faculty & Mentor to join our team in Kuwait on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting and CMA-related subjects, along with a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and structured training sessions for CMA - US and accounting-related subjects.
Explain accounting and financial concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
Mentor students and support them in their academic and professional development.
Conduct mock tests, revision sessions, and exam-oriented training.
Track student performance and provide regular feedback.
Clarify students' doubts and provide individual academic support when required.
Stay updated with CMA curriculum, accounting standards, and industry practices.
Maintain a positive and interactive classroom environment.
Coordinate with the academic team to improve training quality and student outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Semi-Qualified CMA (US) or CA Intermediate with a strong foundation in Accounting and Finance.
Strong knowledge of Accounting, Financial Management, Cost Management, and related CMA subjects.
Prior experience in teaching/training CMA or accounting subjects is preferred.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Proficiency in English is required.
Willingness to relocate to Kuwait and work on a full-time basis.
Experience in professional training institutes, colleges, universities, or EdTech companies will be an added advantage.
Experience handling CMA batches and exam-oriented preparation will be preferred.
