Career Counsellor Team Lead

Job Description:
CC Lead will be responsible for leading the CC team by giving proper training to the new
joinees, setting sales targets, motivating the team to achieve the target, monitoring the
performance etc.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. First point of contact for all the career counselors
  2. Give course training and CRM training to the junior career counselors and interns
  3. Monitor the performance of career counselors and suggest tips to improve their
    performance.
  4. Set sales target per person per month upon discussion with GM/COO/CEO
  5. Motivate all the team members to achieve the sales target
  6. Ensure all the CCs have a sufficient number of open leads on a daily basis and inform
    CTO if the lead count is less
  7. Cross-check the leads generated through Digital Marketing have been captured in the
    CRM and are properly assigned to the respective career counselor.
  8. Conduct a daily lead audit of leads generated through campaigns and inbound phone calls
    and check the quality. Inform CTO if there is any lead quality issue
  9. Conduct daily call audits and suggest corrections in scripts if required
  10. Ensure the career counselors are properly following the CC rule book (Open leads are
    addressed properly, follow-ups are properly done, WhatsApp messages are shared soon
    after the call, etc)
  11. Ensure CCs document all calls, messages and other contact information in CRM on daily
    basis including and especially all incoming enquiries.
  12. Check the call report daily and ensure all the career counselors have made a minimum of
    40 connected calls. Discuss with the CCs whose call count is below 20.
  13. Identify and escalates the issues of CCs to GM/COO/CEO
  14. Understand in detail each course and suggest potential career paths and set career goals
    for the students/ clients whenever required
  15. Handle inbound and outbound calls whenever required
  16. Follow up on customer calls where necessary
  17. Contribute, participate and perform ad hoc activities as and when required for the growth
    and success of the organization as a whole
Qualification

1.Should be a Graduate

2.Should have at least 4 plus years experience in the same field

3. Should have excellent communication skill
