Job Description:

The student Relations Officer will be responsible for helping students in their continuous
professional development by giving timely support and guidance. They will be a primary contact
team for students and their parents to clear all their queries and provide a better learning
experience.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Should be the first and important point of contact for the students and their parents over
    the telephone or direct enquiry
  2. Carrying out student support-related activities such as responding to emails, calls,
    queries, etc.
  3. Overseeing the performance of the students by taking feedback from the faculty members
    and sharing the feedback and performance results with the students and their parents
  4. Work closely with the faculty team and identify the best performer of each month and
    share their details with the DM team.
  5. Establish and maintain a good rapport with the students and parents and get class
    feedback from them regularly.
  6. Identify and escalate issues submitted by the students and their parents and submit a
    report to the management team
  7. Inform students of the due date of their fees through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls
    regularly and collect the fees on or before the due dates as per the installment pattern.
  8. Maintain the dropout google sheet and report to the CAO and GM if the dropout reason is
    connected to Finprov
  9. Work closely with the HR team for arranging the placement and internship support for
    eligible students after their course completion
  10. Arrange the preparation and distribution of soft/hard copies of all certificates including
    course completion, experience, Software, etc. soon after the course completion
  11. Manage and communicate effectively the course details or other details required in the
    case of references passed by the students and their parents
  12. Conduct alumni engagement activities including email sharing, arranging
    webinar/seminars etc.
  13. Understand in detail each course and suggest potential career paths and set career goals
    for the students/ clients whenever required
  14. Contribute, participate and perform ad hoc activities as and when required for the growth
    and success of the organization as a whole
