Job Description:
We are looking for an Academic Mentor who can support and guide students during their learning journey. The candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for helping students grow academically and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and support students throughout the course.
- Monitor student attendance and progress
- Conduct mentoring and follow-up sessions.
- Help students clear doubts and stay motivated.
- Coordinate with trainers regarding student performance.
- Maintain student records and reports.
- Handle student concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle students professionally.
- Experience in mentoring, teaching, or counseling is an added advantage.
