Location: Kochi

Role Summary:

The Product Manager will own the end-to-end execution of the Practical Job Simulation Platform, coordinating across technology teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, business acumen, and execution capability to ensure the product aligns with market needs, enhances learning outcomes, and drives revenue growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

●  Own and manage the complete product lifecycle of the simulation-based training platform, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement. 
Act as the primary point of coordination between internal teams (technology, academics,  sales) and external stakeholders for seamless product execution.
Coordinate closely with technology teams to ensure smooth development, integration, and deployment of product features. 
Liaise with external vendors to communicate technical requirements, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely execution aligned with business goals. 
Translate business, academic, and market requirements into clear product specifications, workflows, and feature requirements. 
Manage external development partners, including sprint planning, timelines, quality assurance, and issue resolution. 
Work collaboratively with academic and subject-matter experts to ensure simulations reflect real-world practices and compliance standards. 
Partner with sales and marketing teams to align product capabilities with customer needs and revenue objectives. 
Support sales initiatives through product demonstrations, feature explanations, and participation in client engagements. 
Continuously gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to drive product enhancements. 
Monitor product performance metrics, user adoption, and engagement to recommend data-driven improvements. 
Ensure the platform remains scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with long-term business strategy. 

Preferred Qualifications:

B.Tech / M.Tech or relevant technical background 

Required Skills & Experience:

4 – 7 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, or similar roles 
Experience working with technology-driven products and cross-functional teams 
Proven ability to coordinate with technical teams and external vendors for product execution 
Experience in EdTech, SaaS, LMS, or similar domains (EdTech experience will be an added advantage) 
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies 
Good knowledge of latest AI tools and technologies, with the ability to understand and apply AI-driven solutions in product development 
Strong ownership mindset with excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills 
Practical, execution-focused approach with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
